  • Variously considered a hero and criminal, Edward Joseph Snowden is a former CIA employee and computer extraordinaire. He was a government contractor who attained notoriety by leaking classified information from the US National Security Agency in 2013.
  • The leaked information exposed numerous global surveillance programs, many run by the NSA with the cooperation of telecommunication companies and European governments.
  • The US Department of Justice attempted to charge him with two counts of violating the Espionage Act and theft of government property. However, Snowden fled to Moscow where he attained temporary asylum. It’s presumed he still lives in Russia.

9 – Victor Gerena,

  • Victor Manuel Gerena is wanted in connection with the armed robbery of approximately $7 million from a security company in West Hartford, Connecticut. He took two security guards hostage at gunpoint, then handcuffed them and injected them with a mysterious substance that disabled them. Doesn’t do things half-arsed, does he?
  • The FBI is currently offering a cool million to anyone with information that could lead to Gerena’s capture. He’s believed to be living in Cuba. Get on it, guys!

8 – William Bradford Bishop Jr.,

  • This piece of work is wanted for bludgeoning his wife, mother and three sons to death in Maryland in 1976. After committing this heinous act, Bishop transported his victims’ bodies to Columbia, North Carolina, where he buried them in a shallow grave and lit them on fire.
  • Bishop was an avid outdoorsman with a degree from Yale. He’d been undergoing long-term psychiatric care and had used medication for depression and was described as intense and self-absorbed. Bishop was prone to violent outbursts and preferred a neat and orderly environment.
  • Something definitely snapped in the head of this educated, seemingly well-adjusted man.

7 – Fidel Urbina,

  • Fidel Urbina is a Mexican-born car mechanic who is wanted for allegedly beating and raping a Chicago waitress in March 1998.
  • While out on bond, he also allegedly beat, raped and strangled a second woman to death in October 1998. The victim’s body was later found in the trunk of a vehicle that had been burned. Both crimes occurred in Chicago, the Windy City.
  • Despite reported sightings in Mexico, Urbina is still at large and may reside in Durango, Mexico.

6 – Semion Mogilevich,

  • Semion Mogilevich is an organised crime boss who directs a vast criminal empire. The FBI calls him ‘the most dangerous mobster in the world’.
  • He is wanted for his participation in a multi-million-dollar scheme to defraud thousands of investors of company stock between 1993 and 1998. The scheme caused 150 million US dollars in loses, and Mogilevich was indicted in April of 2003.
  • He has multiple arrest warrants against him, but lives freely with his wife and kids in Moscow.
